At GAON NASP, we aim to deliver all your agricultural, livestock, and rural products safely and on time across India.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across India through trusted logistics partners. Delivery in rural and remote areas may take additional time.
2. Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1 days business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timeline:

Within Bihar: 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Bulk or livestock-related orders: 7–15 business days (subject to transport availability)

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (for selected products).

Standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹200 applies for orders below the minimum value or based on weight/volume.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track the status anytime through the GAON NASP portal.
5. Packaging
All products are packed securely to ensure safe transit. Perishable or livestock-related items are handled under special packaging and transport conditions.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or transport restrictions may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and try to resolve issues promptly.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or order details for resolution.
