Gaon NASP Terms & Conditions for customer
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the use of our websites – https://www.gaonnasp.in , https://cattle.gaonnasp.in/ and https://shop.gaonnasp.in/ (“Website”) and our mobile applications – “Gaon NASP App” (“App”) (Website and App shall collectively be referred to as “Platform”).
Bharat Gaon Agrisustain India Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at [H/o- Binod Kumar Singh, PO- HPO NAI Godam,Jhilguj, Gaya Jee- 823001, Bihar], (hereinafter shall be referred to as "GAON NASP" or "we" or "us" or “our”) is the owner and operator of the Platform.
As a user ("User" or "You") of the Platform, You understand that GAON NASP is a technology and information platform providing access between multiple Users, including farmers, farmer societies/groups, vendors, service providers, and data partners, with a view to facilitate awareness, knowledge, and access to agricultural, livestock, farm machinery, organic farming, seeds, crop nutrition, post-harvest management, and allied services.
Your use of this Platform implies that You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). If You disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use or access the Platform.
1. GENERAL
The Platform provides access to an integrated ecosystem connecting farmers, farmer groups, vendors, service providers, and data partners to deliver awareness and services regarding agriculture, livestock, crop nutrition, machinery, organic farming, and allied sectors.
Gaon NASP facilitates information, knowledge, and options to avail related products and services.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Access to information on seeds, crop growth, nutrition, protection, organic farming, farm machinery, livestock care, and garden/kitchen farming.
- Facilitation of purchase of products or services offered by registered vendors.
- Connecting farmers to financial partners for loans, insurance, or subsidy programs.
- By providing your contact details, you consent to be contacted by Gaon NASP or its partners for information regarding products and services, in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collection, storage, and use of information shared by Users will be governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be natural/legal persons aged 18 years or above and legally allowed to enter into contracts in India. Users violating these Terms may have their accounts terminated at Gaon NASP’s discretion.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any updates or modifications. Gaon NASP may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use implies acceptance.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
To access services, Users must maintain an account on the Platform with accurate details (name, email, contact, etc.). Users are responsible for account confidentiality and activities conducted via their account. Changes to personal information must be promptly updated.
Gaon NASP may terminate accounts providing false or inaccurate information.
5. PRIVACY
Gaon NASP collects information to provide services. Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. LICENSE AND ACCESS
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for availing Services. Unauthorized copying, resale, modification, or use of automated data-gathering tools is prohibited.
7. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
Users must register and maintain current details for communication and service delivery. Users agree to receive notifications and promotional messages, with opt-out options available.
8. PRICING, ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUNDS
Product prices are as displayed on the Platform. All taxes included unless stated otherwise.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Fraudulent transactions may be canceled at Gaon NASP’s discretion.
Products can be returned only if damaged or unsatisfactory upon delivery. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 30 working days.
Cashback/rewards will be credited only after successful delivery.
9. USER COMMITMENTS
By using the Platform, Users agree to:
Not resell purchased products.
Provide accurate delivery addresses.
Use services/products lawfully.
Verify information on other Users or service providers before transacting.
Accept that use of the Platform is at their own risk.
10. MONITORING & SERVICE SUSPENSION
Gaon NASP may monitor Platform content and suspend services or accounts for violations of these Terms.
11. PROHIBITED USES
Users may not:
Engage in illegal activities or harassment.
Transmit malware or harmful content.
Collect personal data of others without consent.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Interfere with Platform security.
12. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK
All intellectual property on the Platform is owned or licensed by Gaon NASP. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior permission.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gaon NASP and its affiliates are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses arising from Platform use or third-party services.
Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in information provided.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant service.
14. INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaon NASP, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from their use or misuse of the Platform.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & ADVERTISEMENTS
Gaon NASP is not responsible for third-party advertisements, links, or content. Users access such content at their own risk.
16. USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, suggestions, or content submitted may be used by Gaon NASP without compensation. Users must ensure submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain harmful content.
17. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Users acknowledge that:
Services and products are provided by third-party vendors.
Gaon NASP does not guarantee accuracy of User-provided information.
Users are responsible for verifying information and assessing risks.
18. APPLICABLE LAWS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), conducted in English. The seat of arbitration is Delhi; the venue will be Mumbai/Pune at Gaon NASP’s discretion. Costs will be shared equally.
19. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT & ERASURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Users may withdraw consent for data processing by contacting compliance@gaonnasp.in. Requests for deletion of personal data will be processed after identity verification, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
